The Programming tab can be used to preview content, shop for additional elective channels, and to select classes to add to your facility's schedule.
Browsing Content
When you visit the Programming tab you will see ALL of the available content on Fitness On Demand, including videos that you are subscribed to, elective content that you can add to your subscription, and live classes that you have created. Any videos that are part of an elective channel that you are not yet subscribed to are indicated with a lightning bolt on the top-right of the thumbnail. Videos without the lightning bolt are included in your current subscriptions and are available on your kiosk and can be added to your schedule.
Note: If you manage multiple facilities and zones you can use the zone picker at the top of the screen to view content based on the subscriptions at a specific zone.
The Filters on the top-right can be used to refine the content that you are browsing. You can select multiple filters here to view a specific category, focus, difficulty level, duration, or rating. You can also select the Subscribed filter here to view only videos that you are subscribed to in your currently selected zone. If there is a specific class that you are looking for you can use the Search box on the top-right.
Once you find a video that you would like to learn more about, click on the thumbnail to get more details. You will be able to watch a 30-second preview of the class, read the full description, and Add to Calendar.
Subscribing to Elective Channels
There are dozens of elective channels that you can subscribe to and provide additional content to your users. Once you find a video that you would like to add to your kiosk that is not part of your current subscription (with a lightning bolt on the thumbnail) click on the video to see the class details page. On the top-right of the class details page, you will see the elective channel that the video is available within. Click on that channel to visit the channel details page, where you will see all of the classes available in that channel and the monthly subscription price. Simply click the green Subscribe toggle on the top-right to add that channel to your subscription.
You can view and edit all of your elective channel subscriptions on the Billing page.
When you subscribe to a new channel the videos will be available to be added to your schedule immediately. They will also show up immediately on your kiosk if you are using the current generation 5 iPad hardware. If you are using a generation 3 or 4 kiosk at your facility it will take up to 24 hours for the videos to start to download to your kiosk.
