Users

You can find all of your FitnessOnDemand users in one place by clicking on the Users tab at the top of the screen. Here you will see two tabs that correspond with the two main types of FitnessOnDemand users for your zone(s).

Staff

Staff users are the employees at your facility that you would like to have access to the FitnessOnDemand Management App to administer your FitnessOnDemand account. You can create a user account for each employee. You can learn more about Staff users here.

FLEX

FLEX users are your facility patrons. You can invite your patrons to create individual user accounts through FLEX to have access to FitnessOnDemand on their mobile devices or FLEX portal. You can learn more about FLEX users here.
