Notifications are email-based messages that will keep your staff updated on any important information about your FitnessOnDemand system. Notification preferences can be set to enable/disable specific message types.
Each Management App user is able to control their own notification preferences. When in use, notifications will be sent to the email address on file for the Management App user. Click the avatar on the top-right and navigate to Settings >> Profile. Here you will find the main toggle that can be used to disable all email notifications. When enabled, you will see a list of all zones that you have access to and a checkbox for each notification type.
RSVP notification emails will be sent every time an end-user reserves a spot in "My Events". "My Events" are any events that you have scheduled personally, or in which you are set as the instructor.
Device notifications will be sent to notify you when your GROUP5 media hub is encountering a problem. The email is sent when a hub has been offline for two hours.
Subscription notifications are used to notify you when there is an issue with your FitnessOnDemand subscription. A series of emails will be sent if you are past due. Subscription notifications can only be enabled for Zone Owners and Managers.
