The payment method on file will be charged for your Fitness On Demand membership and any elective channels on the first of every month. If you would like to make any changes to your payment method, please reach out to our billing team at 952-388-6618 or at email@example.com. If you have questions about your membership subscription please reach out to your dedicated Customer Experience Advisor. Elective channels can be managed within the Management App.
Subscribing to Elective Channels
Elective channels are groupings of additional videos from a provider that can be added to your Fitness On Demand subscription. To manage your elective channels subscriptions, click on your name on the top-right, select Settings, then select the Billing tab. You will see all of the zones in which you have access. Expand the Elective Channel selection for any zone and you will find a list of all available elective channels and their monthly price.
When you subscribe to a new channel the videos will be available to be added to your schedule immediately. They will also show up immediately on your kiosk if you are using the current generation 5 iPad hardware. If you are using a generation 3 or 4 kiosk at your facility it will take up to 24 hours for the videos to start to download to your kiosk.
Additionally, you can subscribe to elective channels via the Classes tab if you find a video that is not available in your current subscription.
