By default, all classes that are included in your membership and elective channels will be available for on-demand use on your Fitness On Demand kiosk. You may not want all videos available for your patrons. For instance, if you do not have cycling bikes available in your space it would be a good idea to disable all of the cycling classes. You can filter the classes that are available on your kiosk based on categories, equipment, focus, intensity level, or on an individual class basis.
Note: Classes that are disabled on your kiosk are still available to be added to your schedule. Classes that are hidden will show up on searches on the Classes tab, but will have a hidden icon on the thumbnail.
Filtering Class Groups
You can manage your available classes on your kiosk on the Filters page.
- Click on your name on the top-right and select Settings
- Select the Filters tab.
- Use the Facility and Zone drop-down menus on the top-right to select the zone that you would like to adjust.
All of your classes are grouped with different tags based on their content. Here on the Filters page, you can toggle any grouping on/off. Once you disable a group, all classes that fit into that group will be disabled and will no longer appear on your kiosk.
Filtering Individual Classes
You can refine your class library even further by disabling or enabling individual classes.
- Go to the Classes tab
- Use the Facility and Zone drop-down menus on the top-right to select the zone that you would like to adjust.
- Find the class that you would like to adjust and click it to open the class details page.
Under the thumbnail for the class, you will see Manage Visibility and a toggle. The toggle will be grayed out and will reflect the visibility setting inherited from the Filters page based on the class' tags. You can check the Manage Visibility checkbox to activate the toggle. You can then control that toggle to enable or disable the class on your kiosk.
