Reports

Reports give in-depth metrics on the usage of your FitnessOnDemand kiosk(s).

Creating a Report

When you click on the Reports tab you will see a default report of the last month showing all class plays for a single zone. Using the selections at the top of the page, you can customize the report to show data for specific time ranges and filters.

Zone Picker

Use the drop-down menus at the top of the screen to select the facility and the zone for the report. If you have multiple zones in a facility, you can create a report showing the classes for up to three zones at once.

Date Selector

Below the Zone Picker, you will see the date range of the report. Click on the calendar icon to choose a new date range. Click on a date to select a starting date for the report, and click on a second date to choose the end date. You can choose any length of time greater than one week.

Filters

Below the Date Selector, you will see several tabs. By default, you will see Total selected, which will give you all classes from the selected zone(s) and time frame. You can filter the results by selecting between the type of class (Live or Virtual) or between the way the class was initiated (On-demand or Scheduled)

Report Data

Once you have created a report you will see the data broken down for you in several graphs.

Summary

The summary gives a quick breakdown of the plays for your report. On the left, you will see a count of all of the classes. On the right, you will see three graphs to break down the classes played by duration, difficulty, and focus. The average duration or most popular difficulty/focus will be shown in the middle of the graph, and you can select More below the graphs to expand to see the specific percentages.

The Attendance number is used for zones that have the Class Count hardware. Class Count is add-on equipment that includes a sensor that counts people as they enter and leave your group fitness room. Analysis

The Analysis section allows you to see which specific classes are the most popular and trending on your FOD kiosk. Trends show the top three classes that are trending, meaning that the video had the largest increase in plays over the selected time period. Select More to see the three videos represented on the graph. The Leader Boards show the top ten classes on your report and the number of plays for each. Hover over the bar graph to see the full class name, and press the More option below the graph to find links to the listed classes. Note: The Attendance tab will be coming soon.

Detail

The Counts section of Detail will show all of the classes in the report, along with the rating that can be given after a class completes. Press Next 10 Results on the bottom to load more classes. Note: The Instructors section is coming soon.

Export All

The Export button on the top-right of the page will export all of the play history for the created report as an Excel file (.xlsx). The export results will have two tabs titled "FOD_123456" and "User Activity History". The first tab includes every individual play with details that occurred during the time frame. The latter tab shows a list of your FLEX users and a count of their plays during the time frame. You can learn more about FLEX reporting here.
