Your Fitness On Demand calendar can be shared in a number of different ways. Go to the Schedule tab and you will see four options on the top-right.
This sharing option will allow you to print your Fitness On Demand calendar to post it at your facility. You will be able to print exactly what you see on your screen, so first select the duration that you would like to print (Month, Week, Day, or Agenda).
If you have multiple virtual or live zones in your facility you can print them all on the same schedule if you would like. Choose up to three zones in the drop-down at the top of your screen to view the zones on the same schedule, and press the print icon.
The link share will provide you with an iCal URL for a single zone's calendar. An iCal URL can be added to your favorite personal calendar app. The advantage of using the URL is your calendar will automatically sync. If you add/remove calendar events to your Fitness On Demand calendar those changes will automatically be reflected everywhere you have used your iCal URL.
To obtain the link, select the zone that you would like to use in the drop-down at the top of the screen. Click the link icon on the top-right and click on the calendar icon that appears. This will copy the link to your clipboard. Paste that link in the appropriate location in your calendar app. Below are links to documentation for using the iCal URL with a few popular calendar apps.
You can also use the iCal URL to embed your schedule on your website. Please consult your website building software or web developer to embed the calendar.
The download option will provide an ics file for all of the currently selected zones. The ics file can then be imported into any supported calendar app. As opposed to the iCal URL provided by the Link option above, the ics file provides a snapshot of your currently scheduled events and does not sync. The ics file does not update with any future changes to your Fitness On Demand schedule. You can find instructions for using the downloaded ics file with a few apps below.
This option will allow you to share your calendar with your patrons via Twitter, Facebook, or via email. You can share up to three zones at a time, so first, select the zones you would like to include in your post in the drop-down at the top of your screen. Click the Share icon and select the platform that you would like to use to share your calendar. The post or email will include the iCal link(s) for the zones that you selected. Your patrons can import that iCal link into their favorite calendar app to see your calendar side-by-side with their personal calendar. Please see the Link section above for instructions on using iCal links.
