If your iPad kiosk and media hub are no longer communicating you may need to re-pair the two devices.
On the Media Hub:
- Using your FitnessOnDemand Remote, point towards the media hub and press the OK button.
- On the Un-Pair popup message, use the arrow keys on the remote to select Yes.
On the iPad:
- Select the Admin option in the upper right of the screen.
- Enter your Fitness On Demand passcode (This is a 4-digit passcode. Please reach out to support if you do not know the admin passcode.)
- In the admin area tap Replace video player
- Enter the pairing code showing on your TV
- Tap send when all information is entered
- Select OK and exit out of the Admin menu
