You may see a login page on the iPad, a pairing code on your video display, or both. This indicates that one or both of the devices are unpaired. Please select the behavior that you see on your devices below to jump to the applicable instructions.

This indicates that the FOD media hub is still paired to your zone, but the iPad must be re-paired.
- Enter your FOD Management App login credentials. (If you don't know your password, you can request a password reset here).
- Select the option stating Reconfigure this kiosk to work with an existing video player
- Select the facility/zone that the kiosk is in. This screen may only show up if you manage multiple zones.
- Test a video

This indicates that the iPad kiosk is still paired to your zone, but the FOD media hub has become unpaired.
- Tap Admin on the top-right.
- Enter the passcode 2411.
- Select the option Replace Video Player
- Enter the pairing code showing on your video display
- Test a video

This indicates that both the iPad and FOD media hub have become un-paired. You will proceed through the initial setup steps once again.
- Enter your FOD Management App login credentials. (If you don't know your password, you can request a password reset here).
- Choose the option Set up this kiosk and a new video player.
- Select the facility/zone that the kiosk is in. This screen may only show up if you manage multiple zones.
- Enter the pairing code showing on your video display
- Test a video
