This usually means either the Kiosk or Media Hub is not connected to a live internet connection.
- Please validate that the kiosk does not display a red error message that reads "No Internet" on the top corner.
- If the media hub is disconnected from the internet, the display will show a green message that reads "Error retrieving pairing code. Please check network connection."
- Please restart both devices, and then re-pair the media hub to the kiosk. Instructions on how to re-pair your devices can be found here.
If this does not alleviate the issue, please restart your internet modem/router.
