All video plays by your patrons while using FLEX are included in your zone's reports. You can learn more about the Reporting feature in the Management App here.
If you would like to see specific information about the FLEX plays you can use the Export button on the top-right of the Reports tab to export all of the play history for your zone for the selected time period as a csv. The column with the header Access Type will show whether the play was On Premise using your kiosk, or was played by a FLEX User. You can also see the name and email address of the FLEX user who played it, and whether they were on a mobile device or web browser.
Note: Only FLEX plays that are completed to the end of the video will show up in the reports at this time.
