Notifications Overview
Notifications are an effective way to keep users engaged as they provide timely and relevant updates, a personalized user experience, increase the frequency of app usage, and improve user retention.
Notifications will appear on the user's notification bar according to the app/notification setting. Users can also tap the bell icon in the app to view all notifications.
How to Create a Notification
- On the FLEX page click Notifications
- Click the blue New Notification button
Each notification allows for a title, body message, link, and picture. The different notification types have different required and non-required fields.
