If you need to remove users for any reason, such as clearing space for new users or if you have users who are no longer patrons at your facility, you can revoke a user's access. This can be done in two ways, by using the revoke button or by importing a csv file, similar to batch inviting users.
Standard Revoke
1. Select a User
2. Click the Revoke button
3. Click Confirm
Please Note:
The user will receive an email to let them know that their access to FOD FLEX has been revoked.
Batch Revoke
Alternatively, you can import a csv list of email addresses. The csv should have one column, with a header of "Email" (case sensitive). You can download the attached template at the bottom of this article.
- Click Batch
- Select Revoke
- Click Choose File - Browse your computer and select your csv
- Click Revoke
If you are revoking a short list of users, you will see a popup immediately to let you know which users have been revoked. Users will be sent an email to let them know their access was revoked. If you are importing a large csv, you will see a message at the bottom of the screen letting you know a summary email will be sent. You will receive an email shortly with a summary of users that have been revoked.
