FitnessOnDemand FLEX user accounts are created by a manager at your facility. Once an email address is added by the manager, an invitation for FLEX is sent to that email address from email@example.com.
If you have never created a FitnessOnDemand account with the email address you will receive an invitation email with a link and a temporary password. If you have already downloaded the FOD app, tapping the link on your mobile device will launch the app. If you do not have the app or are on a desktop device you will land on the web portal.
The account creation steps on the website and the app are the same. Your email address and temporary password should be automatically filled. If not, please enter the same email address that the invitation was sent to and copy/paste the temporary password from the email invitation. Enter your first and last name, a password, and submit to create your user account. You will then be prompted to log in to your new account to enjoy your workout!
If you already have a FitnessOnDemand user account you will not need to create a new account. You may have an account if you have previously used the FOD mobile app, if you've had FLEX access in the past, or if you are a staff member at a facility and could log in as a commercial user. The FLEX user invite for current users will simply link to the FLEX mobile app or web portal and prompt you to log in. If you do not remember your password, you can follow the password reset steps here. Once you log in your invitation will be confirmed and you can start watching videos!
