The most common type of subscription access to the FitnessOnDemand mobile app and website is FLEX. FLEX is a subscription that is provided to you via your fitness facility. You will receive an email invite from your facility that you can accept to create an account. You can then login anywhere and have access to the same content that is available at the FOD kiosk at your facility.
If your fitness facility has a FitnessOnDemand kiosk but you have not received a FLEX invite, please reach out to the staff at your facility to discuss.
If your fitness facility does not have a FitnessOnDemand kiosk, or they do not provide FLEX access, you can purchase your own FOD subscription for $5.99/month. This subscription will give you access to the full mobile library on your mobile device or in a browser.
Purchasing a Subscription
You can purchase a subscription from the mobile app on any iOS or Android device.
- Download the mobile app here and launch the app.
- Create a new account using your email address or Facebook login
- Click Try Now below the first row of videos, or after selecting any video
- Follow the onscreen prompts to subscribe via the Apple App Store or Google Play
You will receive a free trial, and your subscription will auto-renew after the end of the trial and monthly after that.
Access on Other Devices
Once you purchase a subscription, you can access your videos on other devices as well. You are only able to stream a video on one device at a time. Log in at https://flex.fod247.fitness to watch videos in a web browser. If you have another mobile device like a tablet, you can download the app any number of times and log in using your same credentials. On an Android device, your access will be granted immediately when you log in. On an Apple iOS device, tap the Account tab on the bottom and select Restore Purchases.
Canceling Your Subscription
Your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All subscription management is done in the respective subscription management service for your device. You can navigate there from the FOD app. In the FOD app, go to the Account page and select Manage Subscription. You can find detailed instructions on managing your subscriptions below.
