This single sign-on option is utilized by some corporate partners who have configured their email domain with Fitness On Demand.
Login Option Not Available. Please try another one
This message indicates that your account does not use the corporate login. You should try logging in below using your email and password. If you continue to get the same error message please contact your account manager or Fitness On Demand Support.
Email Address and Password
Incorrect Username or Password
If you get a message during login stating Incorrect Username or Password it indicates that you do have a valid user under the email address entered but the password is incorrect. You can reset your password here or by following the Forgot Password or Trouble Logging In links at the bottom of the login page. You will receive an email with a temporary password and a link to set a new password using that temporary password.
User does not exist/User Not Found
A message stating User does not exist or User Not Found indicates that the email address entered is not associated with any user accounts. Verify that your email address is entered correctly. If your email is correct, first check your email to see if you have received an invitation from your facility. You must first follow the link in the invitation to create your account before you log in. If you have not received an invite, please reach out to your facility to send you a user invite to gain access to FLEX.
Account Linking
In order to log in using Facebook, you must first accept the FLEX user invite and create a FLEX account with the same email address that is associated with your Facebook account. If these email addresses do not match, you can either change your Facebook email address or reach out to your facility to send a new FLEX invite to the correct email address.
When you log in for the first time using Facebook, you will be prompted to grant permission to FOD to access your Facebook profile information. FOD will need access to your email address in order to link your Facebook profile to your FOD account and grant you FLEX access.
Apple ID
Account Linking
In order to log in using your Apple ID, you must receive an email invite to the same email address that is associated with your Apple ID.
When you first log into FLEX on the iOS app or FLEX portal with your Apple ID, you will be prompted to either Share or Hide your email address with FOD. You must choose to Share your email address in order for your FLEX access to be unlocked via your Apple ID login. If you choose to hide your email address you will need to use the standard Email address/Password login to access your FLEX content.
Locked Videos
If your videos show a lock icon it indicates that your FLEX access is not enabled for the account used to login to the FLEX app or portal. Follow the below steps to ensure that your Apple ID email address is shared with FOD.
- On your iOS device, launch the Settings app.
- Select your name on the top-left
- Go to Password & Security >> Apps Using Apple ID >> FitnessOnDemand
If you see a section labeled Hide my Email with forwarding instructions, this indicates that you did not share your email address with FitnessOnDemand. You will need to use your Email address/Password to log into the app. If you do not see this section, please reach out to your facility to check on the status of your FOD FLEX access.
