All zones that were disabled erroneously have been enabled. The iPad kiosk and/or media hub may need to be re-paired. Please follow the instructions here to re-pair the devices.
Investigating - 11:00 AM CST
A small subset of FitnessOnDemand GROUP5 zones were disabled by mistake over the weekend of May 21st and 22nd. We are working to re-enable the zones and reactivate the GROUP5 kiosks. If you have been impacted and need immediate assistance, please reach out to our support team here.
