Email sending has been restored and all automated emails should be working again. This includes FLEX/MA invitations, password resets, etc.

Fitness On Demand is currently experiencing a system outage which is impacting the following services:
- Group 5 kiosks
- Video Library may not load
- On-demand and scheduled videos may not play
- Mobile App/Web
- Account sign-in is unavailable
Our development team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, please do not attempt to re-pair devices or perform other troubleshooting steps. Once service has been restored the devices will begin working normally again. Updates will be posted on this page.
