Software Update - October 28th, 2021

The FitnessOnDemand software suite has been updated with the following enhancements and fixes.

Management App

• Scheduled events can now be set to be Private Events. A Private Event will only show the class details to invited FLEX users and Management App users. In the case of Live Stream Private Events, only invited FLEX users can join the stream.
• When inviting current FLEX users to a specific event, a new FLEX user can now be granted access on the fly. The new email address entered will receive an invite to create a FLEX account and an invite to the specific event.
• A Custom ID can now be set as required for new FLEX users using the self-service invitation flow. This toggle can be found at Users >> FLEX Users >> FLEX Access Settings.
• Fixed a bug that prevented Management App users from viewing entire virtual class videos in the Management App and FLEX.
