The issue caused by Circuit idle videos has been resolved. On-demand and scheduled classes will now play normally.
11:10 PM CST - Identified
We have identified an issue related to the Circuit idle videos on GROUP5 systems. This issue is causing a service disruption for any zone that has a Circuit video currently selected. The behavior will include an "Oops" error when selecting an on-demand video, and scheduled classes failing to play.
If your system is impacted, you can work around the issue for now by selecting one of the standard idle screens rather than a Circuit.
- Log in to the Management App here.
- Click your name on the top-right and select Settings
- Go to the Circuits tab
- Select any of the first four basic idle screens in the list.
