Software Update - April 29th, 2020

The FitnessOnDemand software suite has been updated with the following enhancements and fixes.

• Management App FLEX User List UI Enhancements:  We have added some new tools for FLEX administrators to help them manage their FLEX user list, and make it easier to find users
  • Automatically resend invites when a user that already exists is included in a bulk upload (with administrator approval)
  • Search by name and email in the user list to more easily identify a specific FLEX user
  • Added “Last Login Date” to the FLEX user list
• Schedule Enhancements
  • The "About This Class" details now show up in the event details in the FLEX portal schedule and public calendar.
  • Any URL's added to "About This Class" will be hyperlinked when viewed in the FLEX portal, public calendar, and iOS/Android apps. This will allow links to be added to scheduled Live Classes to link to live streaming services such as Zoom, Facebook Live, etc. for scheduled at-home workouts.
• Quality of Life Enhancements
  • Added a password confirmation field to the new account creation form in the FLEX portal.
  • FLEX email invite copy has been updated to signify that the invite link is unique to the user.
  • Back button added to videos on the FLEX portal to return to the previous page and/or search results.
    
  • Fixed an issue with taller class thumbnail images showing up disproportionately in Workout History.
  • Fixed an issue where users were sent to a “something went wrong" page when navigating from Schedule to Reports on MA portal
