The cause of the issue has been solved by our email service provider and FitnessOnDemand emails are now being sent immediately. Any emails that were delayed have been delivered.

Our 3rd party email service provider has reported an issue that is causing delays in email deliveries. This problem will cause delays in password reset emails along with FLEX and Management app user invites. We will provide updates on this page as soon as further information is available.
