We have deployed a fix to our backend server and are seeing reduced error rates. We continue to monitor the service to ensure that the issue is solved.

We are currently investigating increased error rates with the FitnessOnDemand API. This issue may intermittently cause errors when logging in and navigating in the Management App, pairing new GROUP5 kiosks, playback of scheduled classes, and loading the video library.
