Our third-party video hosting service has changed the region based routing for Australian customers and has migrated to a different CDN provider. We are currently testing the streaming quality on the new CDN.
10:00 AM CST - August 14th, 2019
We have identified an issue with streaming quality that can cause buffering, skipping, and stop videos. The problem appears to be isolated to locations in Australia. We are working with our third-party video hosting provider to diagnose and resolve the performance degradation.
