Our technology partner has resolved their outage and FitnessOnDemand services have been fully restored for Group⁵ iPad kiosks. Both on-demand and scheduled video playback should now be functional on your FOD system. Older devices may require an additional registration step to come back online.
If you continue to have trouble with your device please take a look at the instructions here to get back up and running.
We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this unfortunate outage, and we apologize for any difficulties that it has caused you and your business. We will continue to make improvements and add additional contingencies to prevent future outages.

We appreciate your patience and would like to update you with additional information regarding the service outage affecting FitnessOnDemand.
As we mentioned last week, one of our technology partners experienced a targeted, unauthorized attack that has resulted in a network outage. They continue to work diligently but deliberately to restore services to FOD as well as their other partners.
As they work to bring all partner services back online, while taking preventative actions to ensure outages like this do not occur in the future, we are anticipating FOD video playback to be restored and functional for you on Friday, December 7th.

We have additional information to share related to the service outage to FitnessOnDemand.
One of our technology partners experienced a targeted, unauthorized attack that has resulted in a network outage. They are working diligently but deliberately to restore services. Until then, we are communicating regularly with our partner in an effort to restore FOD as quickly as possible, while taking preventative actions to ensure outages like this do not occur in the future.

Fitness On Demand is currently experiencing a system outage which is impacting the following services:
- Group 5 kiosks
- Video Library is unavailable
- On-demand and scheduled videos will not play
- Group 3 and 4 kiosks
- Newly scheduled classes will not play
- Mobile App
- Video Library is unavailable
Our development team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, please do not attempt to re-pair devices or perform other troubleshooting steps. Once service has been restored the devices will begin working normally again. Updates will be posted on this page.
