With our most recent software update, we have streamlined the enrollment process for new customers, while also addressing a bug that some GROUP5 customers had intermittently reported. Please see below for additional details around these changes.
- We’ve updated the content of the New Owner Enrollment Email to reduce the number of emails you receive during onboarding, while more clearly detailing the pertinent information you’ll need to get started in one central location.
- Enhancements have been made to improve the reliability of our Authentication system, which has solved the Authorization Error that had been reported by some locations.
