We are investigating the impact on our services due to operational issues with AWS. Amazon Web Services has identified the root cause of the elevated errors invoking AWS Lambda functions, and are actively working to resolve this issue.
This issue is impacting the Management App, FLEX Web Portal, Mobile Apps, and GROUP5 Kiosks.

AWS is reporting improvements in the Lambda function error rates. They are continuing to work towards full recovery.
Users may be able to log in to the Management App, FLEX Web Portal, and Mobile app but some users may still be impacted. We are continuing to monitor closely and will post updates as needed.

Many AWS services are now fully recovered and marked Resolved on this event.
Services have been restored and users can log in to the Management App, FLEX Web Portal, and Mobile app but we will continue to monitor the situation for changes.
