So1o - How do I return to the Home Screen?

If there is a video in progress but you want to return to the So1o Home Screen, please follow the below steps on your touchscreen display:

• Touch the screen to bring up the scroll bar, and touch the Pause icon on the left side of the screen.
• Select the Exit Workout option to return to the Home Screen.
