We have become aware of a few locations whose PoE Receivers, the small black box to which the iPad plugs in, are not outputting power to the iPad. To troubleshoot:
- Please ensure the PoE Injector, the piece which is plugged into the wall, has a blue light on, indicating that it is receiving power. Make sure that outlet is not controlled by a light switch.
- In the USB port of the Receiver behind the iPad, please plug in another device, like a cell phone, and see if the cell phone is receiving power.
- If the cell phone is not receiving power, please call the Product Support team for further diagnosis.
