🎧 Let’s Get You Connected — Bluetooth Style! 💪
Recovery by Fitness On Demand has the ability to pair with your Bluetooth headphones, allowing for a seamless user experience around individual fitness, recovery, wellness, and more.
The Recovery system includes built in instructions for five main brands of Bluetooth headphone brands as well as general instructions for other brands, but if you need more specific instructions, we are here to help!
Please refer to the table below to review specific pairing instructions for your brand and model.
Follow the steps below to pair your favorite buds with Recovery and get moving with crystal-clear sound!
🔵 Pairing Pixel Buds

Flip open your Pixel Buds case (leave the buds inside for now!).

Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case until the light blinks (about 3 seconds).

Look for Google Buds on the screen and tap Pair. You’re in!
🌌 Pairing Galaxy Buds

Follow the steps for your Bud model:

Buds, Buds+, Buds Live, Buds Pro: Put them in your ears and touch both pads at once for a few seconds.

Buds2 / Buds2 Pro: Keep them in the case and touch both pads until the case lights blink.

Buds3 / Buds3 Pro: With buds in the case, close it, reopen it, then press and hold the Connect button under the case for 3 seconds.

Tap Pair on the Recovery device once you see your Buds on the list. You’re ready to move!
🍏 Pairing AirPods

Do one of the following based on your AirPods model:

AirPods 1–3 & All AirPods Pro: Open the lid with buds inside and hold the button on the back until the light flashes white.

AirPods 4 (both models): Open the case, hold it near the Recovery device, and double tap the front until the light flashes white.

AirPods Max: Hold the noise control button for 5 seconds until the light flashes white.

When you see your AirPods on the Bluetooth list, tap Pair to connect.
🎧 Pairing Bose Headphones

Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right and hold for 3 seconds until you hear “Ready to connect” and see a blinking blue light.

On the Recovery screen, locate your Bose headphones in the list of devices.

Tap Pair next to your device (they’ll show up as the name you gave them or a default one).

You’ll hear “Connected to (device name)” and see a solid blue light — you’re good to go!
Quick Tip by Model:

Over-ear (QuietComfort 45s): Flip the switch on the ear cuff — blue light means pairing!

Earbuds (QC II): Press the button on the back of the case for 2 seconds.

In-ear/On-ear models: Look for that pulsing blue light. That’s your sign to tap to connect!
🔊 Pairing JBL Headphones

Press the Bluetooth button on the bottom of the right earcup.

In the list of devices on the Recovery screen, select your JBL headphones and Pair to connect. You're all set!
🎶 Pairing Beats Headphones

Hold the power or mode button until the light flashes — that’s pairing mode!

Depending on your Beats:
-
Over-ear/on-ear: Button’s on the ear cup.

Wireless earbuds: Look inside the case.
-
Neckband style: Check the inline control module.

Once the light flashes, find your Beats on the Recovery screen and tap Pair to connect!
Once your earbuds are connected, you're ready to crush your warmup, relax into a recovery session, or just dance like no one’s watching.
