Setting up your Recovery device is quick and straightforward. All you need is an active internet connection.
Mounting the Recovery Device
The Recovery device includes a standard wall mount for secure installation. Follow the instructions below to properly mount the device on a wall.
Mount Overview:
The included wall mount is a basic, non-adjustable VESA-compatible mount (400mm x 300mm) with a maximum weight capacity of 110 lbs. It consists of two main components:
• A mount plate to be installed on the wall
• Two mounting bars that attach to the back of the device
Mounting Instructions:
-
Attach the Mount Plate to the Wall
• Identify the desired mounting location on the wall. Ideally 55in from the floor to the center of the display.
• The mount plate must be secured into wall studs or other weight-bearing materials—do not mount directly to drywall.
• Use appropriate screws and hardware (included) to securely fasten the mount plate.
-
Attach the Mounting Bars to the Device
• Locate the VESA mounting holes on the back of the Recovery device.
• Align the mounting bars with the holes using the variable sizing slots as needed.
• Important: Make sure the angled cutouts on the bars are oriented downward—this is required for the bars to hook properly onto the mount plate.
• Secure the bars using the included screws.
-
Mount the Device
• Carefully lift the Recovery device and align the angled cutouts on the mounting bars with the top edge of the wall-mounted plate.
• Lower the device so the bars hook into place on the mount plate.
• Confirm that the device is securely seated and stable on the mount.
Caution:
Improper installation can result in injury or equipment damage. If you're unsure about mounting the device yourself, we recommend using a professional installer.
